Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale items, discounted products, promotional products, or clearance items may not qualify for refunds unless the products are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to You, a gift credit may be issued upon approval of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund may be issued to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellations within 12 hours of placing an Order.

Cancellation requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted if order processing, packaging, or shipment arrangements have already started.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Inspection & Approval Rights

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the affected Order.
